Custom Tuck Boxes
Tuck boxes are the foundational structure of consumer retail packaging — versatile, cost-effective, and printable on every surface. Straight tuck and reverse tuck styles ship flat, assemble in seconds, and present beautifully at shelf with full-panel branding across all six faces. Whether you are packaging cosmetics, supplements, electronics accessories, or specialty food, a well-constructed tuck box communicates retail-readiness and brand investment at a price that works from the first 100 units.

Key Advantages
Why Choose Our Custom Tuck Boxes
Straight Tuck and Reverse Tuck Styles
Straight tuck boxes have both flaps opening on the same side — faster to pack on a production line. Reverse tuck boxes have top and bottom flaps opening on opposite sides, creating a more secure, tamper-resistant closure preferred for supplements and pharmaceuticals.
Full Six-Panel Branding
Every face of a tuck box is printable — front, back, top, bottom, and both sides. This maximizes your design canvas and ensures brand consistency from every angle on a retail shelf.
Premium Surface Treatment Options
Gloss, matte, and soft-touch laminate; spot UV varnish; foil stamping; emboss and deboss — a full range of finishes that elevate perceived value and differentiate your product in competitive retail categories.
Window Cutouts and Peg Holes
Optional window cutouts with clear PET film let customers see the product before purchase. Peg-hole punches enable pegboard retail display. Both options are integrated at the dieline stage.
Flat Shipping, Instant Assembly
Tuck boxes ship flat and assemble in under five seconds — no tape or glue required. Flat-pack storage dramatically reduces warehousing footprint and inbound freight costs versus pre-assembled alternatives.
Multiple Paperboard Weights
16pt, 18pt, and 24pt SBS paperboard and kraft paperboard options. Heavier weights deliver a premium hand-feel for higher-end products; lighter weights reduce cost and weight for compact, lighter items.

Learn moreIn a straight tuck end (STE) box, both the top and bottom flaps tuck in on the same side of the box. In a reverse tuck end (RTE) box, the top flap tucks in on one side and the bottom flap on the opposite side. RTE creates a slightly more tamper-resistant closure, which is common in pharmaceutical and supplement packaging. STE is faster to pack on a production line. Both are widely used and priced the same.
