By accessing fairpricepackaging.com or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Fair Price Packaging provides custom packaging sourcing, design support, and order fulfillment services. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if project details differ materially from the original submission.

Free mockups are provided as part of the quoting process and do not constitute a binding design agreement. Mockups are digital approximations and may vary from the final printed product.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase agreement or written confirmation and any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Pricing is subject to change due to material costs, order changes, or other factors. Any changes will be communicated before production begins.

By submitting artwork, logos, or design files, you represent that you own or have the right to use those materials and that their use by Fair Price Packaging for production purposes does not infringe any third-party rights.

We do not claim ownership of your artwork. Artwork files submitted for production will be retained on file for the purpose of reorders.

To the extent permitted by law, Fair Price Packaging's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

If you receive an order with a defect or discrepancy from the approved proof, contact us at info@fairpricepackaging.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and work toward a fair resolution.

Approved proofs are considered accepted by the customer. We are not liable for errors in approved artwork.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
